“I only had an Oreo Shake, however I asked about the sundae and the employee didn't know if the Oreo sundae had fudge sauce.Granted she could have been new.The service was so Slow, I mean no sense of urgency at All. The sad part was they weren't even busy. No one in the lobby or in line but it took 15 minutes to make a shake ??? Go figureNo friendliness either, guess it's not a priority because they aren't trying to give out Great Service!!“
“I didn't want to nit pick, and it's not only this location, but for some reason every Marcos, when they make the pizza bowls, the juices always come out and spill around the box with delivery. So the boxes are always messy and oily. The food is still delicious and in the cooking tray they make it in, but i think the company needs to rework the design of those, or add a lid. Thats my only suggestion.“
“I have been very critical about Little Caesar’s lately, as the hot and ready pizzas are never ready and whatever is available is always old and subpar. With that said, this location blew me away when one of the many kind employees MADE SURE I received fresh product. Employee with the pink hair opened the cheese bread, saw that it was subpar, and announced to the employees to get me a fresh cheese bread without me even asking. She did give me the option afterwards if I wanted to purchase the one she was holding. She let me know they had 2 fresh stuffed crusts in the oven, so I happily waited for one. I purchased 1 stuffed crust, one hot and ready, a bag of crazy bread, and cheese bread. Everything was fresh, to include the marinara sauce. It tasted like fresh tomatoes. I had an encounter with 3 employees and all were very friendly. I literally traveled across town to go to this one because of the 4.1 star review and it absolutely didn’t disappoint. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK EMPLOYEES!!!“

Service in my visit was a bit rough, the biscuits were pretty hard, the chicken was dry, execution and rotation is important. “These are the nastiest wings I ever had in my life, I ordered a 16 piece lemon pepper hot wing and they sent one order of bland hot wings with curly frys and a order of no flavor tasteless wings with cury frys I did not know chicken could be so bland and nasty. we didn't even eat them they're just sitting there, we did not even have dinner because it was so bad.“

“The crew at this location was extremely helpful for me today! I placed an online order but didn't check which location was on my app. Turns out it was not the one where I was at. The young man at the register was able to pull my order from the wrong location, and he took my order for his store. They made my pizza in short order. I was very happy with their service!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp available and handicap parking spots too.“

“So I first had Marco's over off Perrin Bietel, and it was good enough that I wanted to try them again, 'cause I needed a new pizza place, 'cause all the other pizza places around 78244 really suck. So this was my second pizza from a Marco's and this Binz Engleman location seems even better than my first location. My pizza was perfect. I ordered ahead online to pickup by 5. It was ready when I got there, but it didn't seem like it had been sitting for very long. Staff were super friendly and clean. New pizza place found for sure.“
