“I didn't want to nit pick, and it's not only this location, but for some reason every Marcos, when they make the pizza bowls, the juices always come out and spill around the box with delivery. So the boxes are always messy and oily. The food is still delicious and in the cooking tray they make it in, but i think the company needs to rework the design of those, or add a lid. Thats my only suggestion.“
“It was our first time here. The store looks like new so everything is clean and organized and the decor is in style with the times. It’s on a good location but the building needs something to stand out more. The food was good and fresh. Staff was friendly and very attentive. They did not have the Oreo cheesecake as advertised. “I walked in to pick up my carry out. I was promptly greeted with a friendly hello. I got the pappardelle bolognese, my husband got the fettuccine Della casa both small, and split the arancini. Everything was delicious. The pasta was cooked perfectly. The sauce had great flavor. My husband thought the flavors married well and liked the crispiness of the pancetta. We both liked the Arancini. It was crispy the outside and a good cheesy texture on the inside. My only little complaint is that the size of the small was a little too small, but we are both big eaters. “Brought my family here for lunch on a Saturday. I got the medium ribs and hot tenders along with the dragon fries and mac n cheese. The ribs were fall off the bone tender and the medium heat level was just right to give it just the right amount of heat without it being overwhelming. The dragon fries were well seasoned and the Mac was delicious. They're the type of food that you keep on eating even though you're stuffed because they taste so good.My only complaint would be the chicken strips. They were dry, hard and stringy. That being said, I'll definitely be returning based on the other dishes.I'd recommend the texas hot spice for those that truly love spicy. Initially you don't feel it but the heat definitely builds over time! Looking forward to trying their AMF heat to see what it's all about.“

I expected more from a specialty restaurant but received what I could make at home for a fraction of the cost. The sandwich, side, and drink was in the $15.00 range, which would have been great if the service was better and the sandwich was prepared a little better. I love sandwich shops, so I'm glad I visited but will not be in a hurry to go back.“
“We found this little gem located on Universal City. We order the pepper steak and the O'cha spring rolls. The food was very delicious and the people were friendly. However, it was a little hard to understand the person who took our order over the phone. There is very little parking in the front as it's shared with other businesses. But the food is worth coming back.“

So this was my second pizza from a Marco's and this Binz Engleman location seems even better than my first location. My pizza was perfect. I ordered ahead online to pickup by 5. It was ready when I got there, but it didn't seem like it had been sitting for very long. Staff were super friendly and clean. New pizza place found for sure.“
