Had the “Mess” (apparently their original). Excellent. Also had broccoli and cheese soup; also excellent. Staff was great. Definitely going back.
Amazing food and options for vegetarians !
This sandwich shop is my favorite. I always stop by after business trips. The drive-through is super handy if you don't want to go in, and the sandwiches are always good. Definitely try their hot peppers if you like spicy food—they're amazing.

Based on the reviews, Potbelly is a sandwich shop where the sandwiches are always good and always great. Customers enjoy the Chicken Club with avocado and a side tomato soup, the Wreck with BBQ chips, and the turkey avo. The hot peppers are amazing for those who like spicy food. The Churro shake is super delicious and a favorite. The drive-through is super handy. However, one location had old lettuce in salads, and another had employees arguing and dirty trays. Service can be excellent, friendly, and quick, with staff working fast even on busy nights. The original size sandwich is huge.
