I had an Italian sandwich & loved it! very tasty! the employees were very attentive to my needs. I prefer this place over overpriced & overrated places like Panera or Subway. it's in a great location & they have a drive thru. I usually eat here a couple times/month. what a best kept secret this place is!
In the 90s, in Richardson, TX I visited a Potbelly Sandwich Shop and decided I didn't care for it. When one opened close to home, just to be fair, I tried it again. Now it's on my regular rotation.Either they changed or I changed. Their subs are heated like Quiznos, but much better in my mind. Try the Italian if you've never been there, It's yummy!

I finally got to eat here and it was really good. I got the steakhouse sup with all the peppers, blue cheese, and cheddar. I also love the app. With the rising cost of beef, I think $10 was a decent price for this sandwich (no chips or drink).
