Website is terrible. I paid 36 dollars for two sandwiches and mac and cheese and the website somehow didnt record me customizing the sandwiches? So I paid $36 for $8 of tasteless meat and bread with like 6 oz of mac and cheese?Do not recommend ordering online.

Ordered qty3 number #1’s. (The Works) The meat tasted expired and the bread was hard. They didn’t add enough lettuce (lettuce was soggy) and ordered three chocolate chip cookies and got oatmeal cookies.

Rude owner would not even come to drive thru to explain why the menu board outside says 8.49 for a grilled chicken and cheddar original sandwich, and yet I was charged 9.69 + tax.Not going back!!!

I was so excited to share kne of my favorite sandwich shops to my friend since she'd never been there...Upon entering this establishment we were greeted by a young lady....as we are.lookong over the menu she asked what could she get for us...I explained to her that it was my friend's 1st time in so give us a min to look over the menu....then we felt rushed as she asked us again..(zero customers in besides us 2) ...When making our selcetions...we chose a skinny and an original...When heading to the toppings a little curly head blond kid who states his name is Gerry( don't think that's it) but he asked what was going on the original? my friend tell him and then he put the sandwich on the counter...I then notice that it's the skinny....I said that was mine u dressed with her choices...he gets mad and slams the top on the prep station and jus walks away to go remake....At this point I'm no longer interested in patronizing this location...i see why they have no customers.....I must say that there was another employee who was very pleasant....I still love Potbelly and will jus stick to the Huebner Oaks location....Was gonna dine on but they ran us away....

I finally got to eat here and it was really good. I got the steakhouse sup with all the peppers, blue cheese, and cheddar. I also love the app. With the rising cost of beef, I think $10 was a decent price for this sandwich (no chips or drink).

I felt very uncomfortable walking into this establishment. I walked up to counter to ask for order and the older woman there very rudely explained to me that my order was not ready and wouldn't be for another 10 minutes. I was sitting there looking around and there were only white customers there that she happily greeted them while I got the bad attitude. It's unbelievable how someone can be so mean. If I would have tried to order for myself I would gave probably been uglier to her and left.
I had an Italian sandwich & loved it! very tasty! the employees were very attentive to my needs. I prefer this place over overpriced & overrated places like Panera or Subway. it's in a great location & they have a drive thru. I usually eat here a couple times/month. what a best kept secret this place is!

Restaurant was clean...staff was helpful.....service was good.Sandwich was aweful.I had the chicken salad on multigrain bun....salad had no flavor at all, bun was stale and hard....nothing I could do to spice up the sandwich....
