“I ordered online for pickup. After picking up my order, I realized I was given spicy tenders, which I was sure I did not order. I called and spoke to Alan who said he'd remedy the order when I returned. When I returned, he asked if I was sure I did not order spicy. Upon review of my online order, I sure did. I was in the wrong and sincerely apologized to the gentleman at the window. I went to give the non spicy tenders back, but he insisted I keep them. Great service for a silly mistake on my end.“

“I don't know if it's just the location, but CUSTOMERS in the Bulverde/Spring Branch area sure are entitled and impatient, leading me to believe that none of them have ever worked service industry, as most fast food places in the area get the same complaints.
That said, I'm patient, I wait for my order to come up, and I've never had any problems at this Wingstop! Matter of fact, I'm always pleasantly surprised with how quickly my order comes up. Especially considering I never even call-in, I just show up and order to-go!
Love their job or hate it, you never know what's going on in somebody else's life. Everyone is just trying to get through the day, and a little grace can go a long way!
