I ordered 1 pizza. It'll take 1/5hrs. Low staff , behind. I totally understand. I called to cancel my order. The man answers and said "WE ARE BACKED UP" And hung up the phone. Like uhhhh, I was trying to cancel an order an help y'all out, but ookkaayyy. I've ordered here a few times the hospitality isn't the greatest. But good pizza over all
Wow!!! We had thin crust, Alfredo sauce, onions, sausage, jalapeños on 1/2 and banana peppers on the other. It was OUTSTANDING! The crust was cooked perfectly!! I called the store to let them know and the new manager was so appreciative of my feedback. He informed me that they were under new ownership/management. GREAT JOB!

I spoke to (Brian), one the managers due to an order I received that was mixed up and immediately rectified it and the pizza was on its way and put super speed mode on and came through. Thank you for clearing the mistake and and making it right. That’s why I order Papa John’s. Thanks again Brian making this very minor mistake easy to fix and delivering phenomenal pizza.
