I ordered online for pickup. After picking up my order, I realized I was given spicy tenders, which I was sure I did not order. I called and spoke to Alan who said he'd remedy the order when I returned. When I returned, he asked if I was sure I did not order spicy. Upon review of my online order, I sure did. I was in the wrong and sincerely apologized to the gentleman at the window. I went to give the non spicy tenders back, but he insisted I keep them. Great service for a silly...read full review
