I go to the P. Terry’s in Pflugerville Texas regularly and I want to say that the customer service is the best. The Service industry has gone down in customer service in general with the restaurant and fast food industry . I’ve always had the greatest customer service. All the employees at this locations have always been very polite and never get the order incorrect. Good job Managment in Pflugerville, Texas. I never write reviews, but this one is warranted.
I just saw a video on how well you treat your employees. The food looks delicious and I wish you had locations in Arizona, thanks for not letting private equity buy your business. Thank you

However, some reviews note the service isn’t great, with rude employees who are very impersonal and show a lack of customer service. P. Terry's does not have a sit in dining area but has a double lane express drive through with people outside working. The food is consistent, hot, and fresh.
