I tried to give P. Terry's a second chance today, after trying it once before not long after they opened.This is burger mediocrity at it's best. The closest approximation I can give it, is it tastes just like Wendy's Jr burger, and about the same size too. Prices are not bad, but the burgers are just not tasty at all. And their one-off copy cat sauce (Imitating In-N-Out) does not help it much. I also found the taste of their pickles off-putting too for some reason. Fries where hot and actually very good. Great service, clean establishment, but horrible burgers. I do want to try their breakfast one day, but may never since the burger was such a dissappointment.

I got a strawberry milkshake and it was good! My husband got 6 chocolate chip oatmeal cookies! They were fresh and chewy. So very good!!

First, the guy taking our order sounded like he was asleep, didn’t speak clearly or loud, repeated order to him multiple times and still managed to get it wrong. The food was made wrong. We tried calling the store multiple times and they did not answer at all.

I've been a loyal customer of PTerry's for years, frequenting various locations without a single issue. However, my recent experiences at this particular location have been disappointing, to say the least. On my first visit, they made a significant mistake with my order. I decided to give them another chance, but unfortunately, the second visit was no better. This time, my order was missing fries, and my three double-cheeseburgers were replaced withsingle-patty burgers. The errors in both orders were not minor and significantly impacted my dining experience. I reached out to guest relations, hoping for a resolution. They sent me vouchers, but the value did not cover the difference between what I paid for and what I received. This response was unsatisfactory and did not make up for the inconvenience and disappointment caused by their mistakes. Given my consistently positive experiences at other PTerry's locations, this particular outlet stands out for all the wrong reasons. I have decided to avoid this location in the future and will not bother providing feedback to guest services again. It's a shame, as I have always enjoyed PTerry's, but this location has failed to meet the standard I've come to expect from the brand.
If you haven't been to P Terry's, then you need to! Not only is the food great, but from Austin to San Antonio ( and any in between) you know what to expect! From what I understand, this is Pat Terry and his wife... that means every location does it the same... and I like the way Pat likes it! I only wish Pat liked onion rings!Ps- I ALWAYS get aTerry's!Cont in " about parking"Parking: Varies by location... some seem to be more drive thru oriented, but the drive thrus are efficient and friendly. ( I literally have NEVER had an unfriendly encounter at P Terry's! ) not sure I can say that about any other chain except In/Out Burger, and I've been to 10× more P Terrys!

First time visiting. Very cute little restaurant little old school vibe is what caught my attention. Waited at the window (walk up window) the young man who took my order seemed to be in a rush. Guess because he was working the drive also. Place my order…a veggie burger (bland), fries (cold), and lemonade ( pretty good?). I went to my hotel room, started eat my food and was very disappointed. By the preparation of my food. The became absolutely disgusting when I found a strand of hair in my burger. I was so upset and tired from the long drive here, I just threw it in the trash. I will not be returning to this establishment??
