“This place is awesome. I’m from Houston and have yet to have anything comparable to the mexican food/ breakfast tacos and burritos back home, this place was it. I had an amazing breakfast burrito that I called in and was ready in 10 minutes, and their other food looks amazing as well. My girlfriend loves Salsa and this is the only place that has hit the spot for her. Be warned it has a nice kick?. Come check out Tacos 3 Hermanos!“
“Great food truck. Ordered an asada quesadilla and tacos de cabeza, pastor and asada. Tacos were great. The quesadilla was stuffed with meat BUT imo it needed to be a bit crispier (it was like a big asada taco with cheese). I decided to save it for when I got home so I could reheat it with a bit of butter. The red sauce was spicy . We had two aguas de Jamaica which were huge, but a bit too sweet. I bought an ice cup at Buc-ee's and that mellowed out the taste. The price was good for the amount of food. The service was friendly.“

“Authentic Mexican Tacos like those from Mexico City. These are the best tacos I've had in years and price is very fair. Salsas are amazing.I grew up in Mexico City and been living for decades in the US and I can honestly say this place is in my top ten places for Mexican tacos in the US.I wouldn't have expected to find this level of quality tacos from a food truck in New Braunfels but I am so glad I did.They are open everyday and they stay open late at night so that's another great point in their favor.“

“I tried just about everything on the menu. The kids menu items suck. But, the regular menu is pretty good. My fave is the chicken fajita. One thing I wish they had was a picadillo (beef) taco. But they don't have any regular beef tacos unless you order from the kids menu. And like I say, the kids menu items are just not up to par. That's the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.“
“$Just tried it for the first time. These tacos are a good size with plenty of meat for $3.99 each. The only thing I was iffy about is the meat is premade sitting in warmer containers. The meat did have great flavor though. We got picadillo & carne asada. Both were good & the full size tortillas are really good. Made on site maybe. The only thing that slacked was the Chile. The red was more like tomato sauce and the green had a weird after taste either lime or it was spoiled idk something didn't taste right about it.. I do want to try the breakfast tacos they have those for 2 for $4. Overall it was good.“
“Jose's taco truck is our new favorite! They are fantastic when eating normal (with carbs). But they hooked it up when we asked for low carb!! They gave us all the fixings....avocado, lettuce, onion, salsa, Pico, and we ordered fajita chicken, pastor, and asada as our meat, and just bought our own low carb tortillas at the store. Most people look at us like we have 3 heads when we ask for no tortillas ?, but they knew exactly what we wanted! And they are always so friendly and will bring your food to your vehicle while you wait. This will definitely be our go-to pick-up Mexican joint!!“
