“As soon as I walked up, I could hear Tejano blasting which honestly we need to hear to know where Mexican food is. You'd pass but then if they kept it quiet. Drip lacks good Mexican food and desperately needs a restaurant. Raza's is close enough to a brick and mortar and better than expected. They took that extra mile to make the presentation a lasting impression even with takeout. The guys were courteous when taking my order. When Raza first started, I recall a bigger menu that could be overwhelming but now they've cut a lot of dishes out to make it simpler and all you need to really decide on is which meat you want. Don't worry because they have flavor in everything. Think of something as flavorful as birria but in every meat. We ordered almost one of everything. The only thing I wish was different was more for the price you get in fried burritos. They're small and won't fill a man nor a man child up. Get a regular burrito if you like to be stuffed. Their salsas? Absolutely take advantage of them. They not only have a kick but they have flavor. There's a small taco shack in town people love but they're not great and seem to ride on the spice of their salsas. No flavor though. Raza has both and the food knocks you out. Grab a drink next door, sit and eat until you're full. The addition I'd put in the bag is a small bag of fresh chips and salsa. That'll really bring in more people because who doesn't love free fresh chips and homemade salsa while you wait or when you start your meal. Skip El Rey and their sewage smelling restaurant and go here.“
“The tacos were delicious!!! They have a touch screen to place your order which is very convenient. The gentleman at the window are very friendly as well! The tacos came out pretty fast and very well served. The place is super clean and great ambiance and lots of places to sit. It's worth it!!“
“Mr Chingon is rock solid. A little on the pricier side for mexican food, but absolutely killing it on quality and consistency. For dripping springs, its an easy 5 stars as we have limited options. The birria, the taco madre, the pastor, all dang good. If this place was priced a little more appropriately, I'd be here almost every day.“
“A great little place tucked away in the hill country off 1826 about 10 minutes from Salt lick. Tried their Shrimp and Fish Tacos , and their bacon and cheese burger. Delicious food and great atmosphere and setting. Its adjacent to the crowded barrel distillery , which is also well worth a visit , more on that place another time .. i would certainly recommend this food truck to anyone looking for some awesome mexican food with a variety of other dishes as well ..“
“Omg best tacos! It remind me of back home in the valley next to Tamaulipas. It is very hard to find authentic street tacos but their meat is very juicy and tasty. The tortillas are actual big!..yellow corn tortillas and the add one are even better. Lots of cilantro, onions/ cebolla, with lemon and super good salsa! I can describe the goodness of their tacos unless u try them.The owners are very nice and humble their location is so cute on a food truck spot in Dripping Spring...best street tacos ever!!! look for the red food truck!!!-Marisol❤️Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options are amazing! “Right off 290 in a big lot! easy parking (finding a good truck in a good location with parking is tough, especially during rush hour in town!) Breakfast tacos are a healthy portion size and easy to pick up on the way to work or while family is in town! Ordered 10 bfast tacos and were ready in 5 min fresh!Parking: Open lot, park up and eat a taco at their park benches or tailgate with a valley view!“
