All-around fantastic experience, and as we were waiting - it was not a long wait at all, even though they were super busy on a Sunday afternoon - we were looking around at what everyone else ordered and planning our next visit. Definitely going to be a regular stop when I'm in Dripping Springs.
We just got spoiled at the Pig Pen! Bill is a fantastic human being! Thank you Bill to you & the team for amazing service. On Bill’s recommendation, we got the turkey which was so juicy with a perfect smoke hit. The piggybacks are like Texas candy! The pork ribs were the absolute best ribs I’ve ever had in my life (& my husband is a chef! ?) can’t wait to go back!
