Brisket was dry (!!) and fairly bland. Barbecue sauce appeared to have corn syrup as its main ingredient. Hand-cut fries were soggy. Country music was blasting as loud as a rock concert. I won’t be back, given all the great brisket around here.

Nachos with brisket were delicious! Sweet BBQ over sturdy, homemade tortilla chips held the thick bacon cheese perfectly!Mac n cheese had the perfect amount of thick cheese!Chop beef sandwich was tender and juicy. Can't wait to eat with The Pig again!!

If you're tired of overpriced gas station tacos, don't overlook pigpen! Best value in town!

Incredible tacos! The Campechano on the menu is great, but ask for the off menu taco, the Mexicana, with brisket.

We got the chopped brisket sandwhich and the pulled pork sandwhich, and my goodness they were both amazing! Their hot sauces are amazing too & compliment the food so well. Would be happy to come back!

Great casual stop to fill up on some good food. Counter service and seat yourself. Great tasty food!

Amazing. Absolutely delicious. The beef rib is incredible. The bbq sauce is fantastic, well seasoned and not too sweet. The coleslaw was very good, as were the green beans. All of the meat was tender, and the beef rib was fall off the bone tender. But the most unexpected highlight - of the meal - HAD to be the baked potato salad, which was heavenly. So glad we stopped here. Great reason to come back.

4/2/24 arrived around 6:30 P.M.The brisket burnt ends on the massive spud was amazing!! There was too much cheese, though, so I removed all of that gunk. This is also the first BBQ place that I have been to of Mexican heritage. The sausage disappointed me. It came out a bit cold, and it was not cooked enough. The green beans are seasoned well!It tastes like they use Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce. ?I do wonder where they get those big potatoes from. I've never seen any potato that large before.

Great food and great people. I can’t say it is the best bbq I’ve eaten because we have tried a lot but for location and price it’s top notch.

spent $150 on a to go order put in the day before online. Got two pounds of the worst brisket I've had in Texas - dry as hell. The pork ribs were average but the sausages were good. Won't be going back or recommending to anyone. With food prices soaring, there are much better options - HEB makes better brisket than these guys.
