“On several trips to England, my wife and I fell in love with cask ale. Alas, upon our return to the states, we were bereft of options; those breweries with British styles (ESBs for example) were not committed to the cask. When we heard about Acopon, we knew that our next trip to Austin had to include a detour to Dripping Springs. And let me tell you, they did not disappoint. We had two styles of bitter, a British-style IPA, and a summer ale--all served on cask, and all the equal of many ales we had in the UK. A true treasure that every beer lover should visit.”

“Best brewery and friendliest folks in Drip! No matter you preference in beer, they have you covered. Great space to hang, inside or out and lots of great food options. Be sure to follow them because they host a lot family friendly events.”

“I really liked this place! Amazing beer, especially the hazy one! Very deep dense taste, and color???… A very professional approach is felt! It is with the soul and knowledge, as well as love for their work. Using the best quality ingredients. It was like nothing to me!Despite the rainy Saturday, there was amazing live music-guitar. It was wonderful.And I also want to mention the head chef Max! An incredibly radiant person! And what delicious burgers he cooked personally and brought them to his guests! It costs so much!!! Thanks to him!My son Max, 11, and daughter Marianne, 5, were delighted! It was so delicious! The most delicious burgers, they told me, and they are still the same.We also had time to watch our favorite football (of course, HOOK ‘em HORNS ?????) It was 2 minutes to closing time & a very friendly young woman whipped up a beautiful platter for me to deliver to my Daughters future in-laws! Thank you so much!!! “I have been looking forward to trying Abby Jane, grain to table makes me so happy. We bought a donut, almond monkey bread, chocolate babka, and a sourdough loaf (pan). The pastries were amazing, it was 2:40pm and the donut was incredibly soft. The almond monkey bread was just sweet enough and I will be buying my sandwhich bread from them. My only issue was the chocolate babka was a bit dry and burned on the edges.”

“Our first night out in Dripping Springs, having recently moved from the UK, and so glad we choose Grawlix Lounge to enjoy a drink for our second wedding anniversary. Great atomsphere, and wonderful and friendly staff. I love an Old Fashioned cocktail and this place has several creative variations of their own crafting! I’ve tried 3 (so far) and they are all delicious and perfect mixed. Food was great and perfect for the lounge vibe. Also open to midnight. Definitely recommend and will be back.”

My only disappointment was that the veggie side dish servings were quite small. Otherwise, a wonderful meal. Servers were very courteous and knowledgeable. Can't wait to visit Homespun again.”

“Carmelas has got to be the longest lasting good restaurant for Drippin folks along with Thyme and Dough. Consistently great food and service. It goes unnoticed I think because of its location on a small strip of spaces shared with a gas station/convenience store. Family owned. At the corner of RR12 and Hamilton Pool. We have never been dissapointed with their food, desserts, drinks and wine selection.”

“First timer. Main dining room was being remodeled. The second dining room was open , but it was bit noisy. Fortunately it was a nice day to eat outside on their patio. They had put up wind breakers which was nice as it was pretty breezy. The music was a bit loud, so the server turned it down immediately upon request. The food and drinks were very good, our server, Beau, was very attentive. I hope we get a chance to go back soon.”

“Please don’t get me wrong, the waitress was wonderful, and I’m sure the food is great—I haven’t had a chance to eat mine yet since I ordered it to go. I stopped in with my son and a friend to grab my food to go because I had to get to work, while my son and my friend ate there. I didn’t get my to-go burger until the very end of their meal, which made me late for work. When I brought it up to the manager, his response was maybe you should call it in next time and then turned his back on me and walked away. Oh no, you did not just say that! This manager is doing a huge disservice to the restaurant and leaving a bad taste in people’s mouths. Like I said, the waitress was sweet as can be, and I’m hoping the burger is as good as I’ve been told, but the manager does not need to be interacting with customers at all. Until he is gone or his customer service attitude changes, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. The audacity and rudeness he showed from the time I arrived until I left blows my mind. I work in the service industry myself, and I would never even think about talking to someone that way, especially a customer who is supporting my establishment.”

This is unacceptable. Ordered a cold brew with a foam top. Got half a cup of coffee and half a cup of cold foam. Ridiculous. Not going even to drink it because it's half a cup of pure sugar cold foam. I just wanted a little foam top like normal with my coffee. It's hardly even coffee at this point.”
