I'm a filet snob and I can honestly say this was one of my favorite steak meals! We got the huge Tomahawk bone in steak and 2 large potatoes and the steak was cooked PERFECTLY. It had the smokey flavor, it was med rare as requested and wow, I've never seen potatoes so big. Can't wait to try more food here. Delicious!
THIS is what BBQ should be. Great smoke, excellent cuts, premium sauce and gracious service. These people are so much better than all the "big name" outfits in and around Austin. You REALLY need to try them out. From pulled pork to baby-backs to brisket to Tomahawk Steaks, Crimson Creek never disappoints.
