Friendly staff, authentic regulars, great atmosphere (that's subjective, sorry, the vibe was atmospheric and saloon esq.) Lots of license plates and paintings by local artists. Americana ephemera - old farming stuff, 50s auto relics, vintage glass, flags - and other familiar features of a well loved bar. Varied and interesting beer selection. Locally grounded and community oriented.
If you're new to Dripping Springs or just passing through, The Barber Shop is a cool little beer bar located in the historic downtown area of DSpgs. They've got a smaller indoor area to sit and enjoy the AC, or the backyard patio has plenty of room with long picnic tables. Many a live music to enjoy the afternoons with. The staff and the customers are a friendly bunch so stop in, enjoy a cold one and enjoy the good vibes.

Great place really good crowd mostly locals and a few outta towers. They let me play guitar on the back porch it was really nice. Great selection of beers. I recommend the hefeweizen.
