I’ll be short and simple. The tacos are bomb. Creative , meat filled, and delicious. Steak & bacon ?!?! Genius. Just give them your trust and order whatever sounds good, you’ll enjoy it. Otherwise, stick to chicken tenders.
Twice I have ordered burritos and twice this little food truck knocked out out of the park! Delicious. I've been looking for straight up delicious Mexican food all over Austin and for some reason that's hard to find. These burritos are packed with quality ingredients, a light balance on the rice and a proper amount of meat. The meats are tender, flavor is all there. Mr Chingon is rock solid. A little on the pricier side for mexican food, but absolutely killing it on quality and consistency. For dripping springs, its an easy 5 stars as we have limited options. The birria, the taco madre, the pastor, all dang good. If this place was priced a little more appropriately, I'd be here almost every day.
