Was rooting for this place to be better. Mediocre taco. Not worth a 20 minute wait outside a food truck at a time that was seemingly not very busy.

I don’t know why I keep coming here, I guess I like being late. The order is rarely correct, you can put in a preorder for 815 but all that means is that is when the staff arrives, after 815. I continue to tip them in hopes that it will get better but sadly this is last order with them even though my staff enjoys the food, I can’t continue to have inconsistency. I highly don’t recommend.

The food is quite delicious. Both the chicken and carne asada are really well cooked and well seasoned. Plus they were very accommodating on substitutions, too.

Mr Chingon is rock solid. A little on the pricier side for mexican food, but absolutely killing it on quality and consistency. For dripping springs, its an easy 5 stars as we have limited options. The birria, the taco madre, the pastor, all dang good. If this place was priced a little more appropriately, I'd be here almost every day.

I’ll be short and simple. The tacos are bomb. Creative , meat filled, and delicious. Steak & bacon ?!?! Genius. Just give them your trust and order whatever sounds good, you’ll enjoy it. Otherwise, stick to chicken tenders.
