“Taco Capital absolutely delivered. The carne asada was perfectly seasoned and incredibly flavorful, honestly some of the best I’ve had. And the chips… wow. They were crispy, fresh, and somehow tasted like fritos (in the best way), which made them impossible to stop eating. The salsas were so, so delicious and paired perfectly with everything. I also have to mention the agua fresca... it was really delicious and so refreshing. On top of that, the customer service was excellent! Friendly, helpful, and fast. The restaurant was clean, and set up simply for efficiency, which I loved. It’s perfect if you want to grab and go tacos without sacrificing quality. Taco Capital is the kind of place that makes you want to bring friends back with you. Highly recommend!“

“First time visiting this week. We ate at the one by The Pearl. They have a great 2 tacos for $10 deal going on and one taco is pretty filling. They also have a good red velvet cake too. The lady taking orders was an absolute sweet heart and obviously cares about providing a great experience.
On top of that, I thought the food was quite good (I had the salmon and brisket tacos). And as I mentioned, one would have been enough for me. The queso Blanco was good too. Highly recommend.“

“Last week I was one in a group of twelve who had an amazing experience dining at Ida Claire. All agreed that the food was excellently prepared and tasty. Those of us who ordered bread pudding thought it was wonderful. The service was top notch, thanks to our awesome server King. King was not at all intimidated by the number in our party. “Arrived early, 635 am, to Tacos N Salsa Mexican Cafe on 1604 to order 21 breakfast burritos. I greeted the first worker, setting up tables along the outside of the store, with a "Good morning"...her reply was, "we are not open yet" and locked the door behind her. I laughed and waited outside. The burritos were exceptional and well priced.“

“San Antonio is known for it's Tex-mex/Mexican food. I've lived here for over 40 years. Papo's ishas - hands down - some of the best street tacos and quesadillas in the city. My only complaint is I wish they were open more days/hours; I'd be going here all the time.“

“I'm not exaggerating when I say this is my favorite place to eat in San Antonio. Located near the airport in a tucked away location, RO-HO Pork & Bread is a hidden gem. This is comfort food at it's finest. Ro-Ho has many great things on the menu, but they are best known for their Torta Ahogada, and it's what I get almost every time. The torta is always hot, the carnitas cooked to perfection, and the tomato salsa is to die for. You can get the torta with straight carnitas or you can mix it up with carnitas, pork stomach and skin, which is what I usually get. The torta also comes with cabbage, onion, radish and lime. No matter how you order it, it's going to be great! The place is super cool, with Mexican artwork and music. There is inside seating and an outside covered patio as well. Everything you can get to drink from the cold case is always ice cold. And they serve one of my favorite Mexican beers, Victoria. Chef Rojo is often around and greets customers. The ladies that work the register and food line are so friendly, and will answer questions if it's your first time. The place fills up quickly at lunch, so keep that in mind. I drive clear across town for my Torta Ahogada fix, if that says anything! Check this place out!“

“This taco truck was amazing I got the burger I forgot what it was called but it had guacamole on it you can ask them I really recommend it. I also got the mini tacos and they were delicious I’m pretty sure that it came with 5 tacos per serving and they are priced reasonably. They are really nice and complimented me on my car and overall just really nice people. The atmosphere was chill there and overall just a really good experience. There was also this little cat that was around can’t make the atmosphere way way better so overall the food was delicious. The service was amazing and the atmosphere was miraculous if you ever are able to come down to San Antonio, Texas I would highly recommend stopping by this taco truck and enjoying a delicious burger or some delicious tacos.“

Only had one bad experience of not fall apart carne guisada but still think it’s the best, I only eat Frank’s, my mom’s and mine. The tacos I’ve tried are great. The staff are all very friendly. I have gone to every other Mexican restaurant here in San Antonio just to try the asada burritos and no one, nothing compares so far! I drive 15 minutes just to go get a treat, this special burrito from this taco truck. I hope they stay open forever and don’t change a thing about their recipes! The meat is seasoned so well and everything, even just the quesadilla is so tasty! This last time I tried the carne asada Sinceonzada (pictured. No burrito pic because I quickly inhaled it) which is like a flat 2 tortilla quesadilla topped with crema, lettuce tomato and avocado, (a plenty good amount of avocado!) and I realized I had to do a review! This place really has a special place in my heart, kudos to the chef, it has good prices too and a yummy creamy green salsa as well!“
