Los Güeros Taco Diner is a simple place to get some fantastic tacos. The food is amazing, and everything is excellent. The sauces are great, though some will be quite hot. The restaurant is super clean with friendly service and great portions. Customers have enjoyed the best beef enchilada, a crispy taco, and several tacos to go, including the trash can, barbacoa, egg & bacon, and pantera tacos. Each taco is delicious, with the flavor of their meats being a highlight—the carne guisada is so good, and the barbacoa tastes amazing and is not greasy at all. The tortillas are perfect. The green salsa has just the right amount of kick. A standout item is La Costra, described as edible art with a great presentation and wonderful flavor. The self-serve drinks include Horchatas and other beverages, and there are guys making churros outside. The service is consistent and great, and the food has exceeded expectations.
