Love this restaurant, fantastic shrimp Milano, salads, great bartenders and on the weekends, there’s live entertainment. If you love a saxophone, Johnny plays every other Sat. You’ll love it, cheers???
My family has a tradition of escargot every NYE. We normally get it at Groomers seafood and cook it at home. There was none to be found this year sadly. I remembered Milanos escargot was always wonderful, and doordashed some on NYE they saved our family tradition! It was packaged beautifully and super tasty! Thanks Milanos!

Outstanding restaurant!! Dennis provided great customer service!! The food was delicious!! Beer and wine were served cold and fast!! Definitely recommend this Italian restaurant when visiting San Antonio!!
