Jose's taco truck is our new favorite! They are fantastic when eating normal (with carbs). But they hooked it up when we asked for low carb!! They gave us all the fixings....avocado, lettuce, onion, salsa, Pico, and we ordered fajita chicken, pastor, and asada as our meat, and just bought our own low carb tortillas at the store. Got the breakfast tacos. Potato & cheese and beans & rice. No wait and good food. It's kinda hidden next to the car wash. Bring cash but they take credit cards with a fee.

Attention Jose.....or whoever owns this truck/business. Nobody cares about 2 yr old reviews.....or even 1 yr old reviews. How about updating from time to time, Huh? Things change quickly, esp. eating places. Just some food for thought......
