The food is great and great price
Probably the best chick fila in the north austin area and the northern suburbs. Their sandwiches are always fresher than other locations and the service is excellent too! I drive farther just to eat chick fila at this location!
I had ordered a delivery and it’s nowhere to be found. Now I’m stuck on hold with their support.
Waited on hold for about 10 minutes to talk to their support only to hear they have to contact the store. And my food is still nowhere to be found and is probably cold by now.
This has been a terrible experience and there is nothing anyone can do. Support can’t do anything and there is not any other recourse if they mis-deliver your food. You will just...read full review
