These must be fake reviews. My experience at this store the last 3 times I ate there was horrific. Waited 35+ minutes for my order that was burnt. While the rest of the order was soggy because it sat on the counter for 20 minutes. Watched employees touch food without gloves. (alerted city food inspector). Store switched back to a obsolete fountain machine with 6 selections instead of 100 + choices with no dedicated zero sugar products. The time before they got 3 out of 4 sandwiches...read full review
The entire team is Awesome.... Very helpful, engaging and attentive. The California Pizza is Bomb! BBO Chicken and Jalapeño flat bread pizza is my New Favorite 😋 👍

Based on the reviews, Schlotzsky's Deli offers a great experience with wonderful quality food. Everything tastes amazing and arrives very quickly. The food is very fresh and good, with the deluxe original on toasted sourdough bread being truly amazing. The local store is extremely clean. The staff and managers are great, friendly, and surprisingly attentive. One employee was very charismatic, and another had such a personality that made a customer smile. The service is a 10/10. The staff take the time to make sure every order is just right and go around asking if everything came out okay. You can’t go wrong for a five dollar pizza on Friday Saturday Sunday. A visit is highly recommended for a good sandwich or salad.
