I wish you peasants could know the pants-wetting thrill of chopping a whole pig in half in a single strike with a katana blade made with Damascus steel folded over 2300 times. Alas, I will reveal my story.As I approached the establishment my eyes darted to the napkin dispenser on the table. It mocked me and said I dishonored my family.I ordered a hot tea and was told that they don't serve hot tea and I wasn't in feudal japan. I snorted, tipping my fedora lower over my eyes and producing a chicken nugget from my pocket, I scoffed. Hah. Fools. This is a shlotzkeys.I realized my folly once a feral waitress rushed from the kitchen, however she announced her anime finishing move and I was able to dodge the attack SWIFTLY, however my trenchcoat was electrocuted and now has cool lightning bolts painted on the bottom. Alas.I'm sorry grandfather sensei, I promised I would not reveal the forbidden technique!Alas, my fury was unfurled upon their sourdough blasphemy and the slots keys is now just a crater with sakura pedals flowing everywhere. I ate all the napkins. I will return and defile your restroom to reclaim my family honor.

Food was excellent - service was questionable- manager was on the phone all the time and didn't sound like work.!She told my daughter to use the kiosk - while she was on the phone. Manager was on phone when drove up- ( saw her talking on phone by door- didn't know she was manager until we went in). Everyone was busy working hard- drive thru was busy- people in ordering. Our order was to go - manager was still on her cell phone when we left. Again didn't sound like work related conversation.

Today, Olivia was at the register and she rocked it! So friendly and helpful and a great smile! My turkey original was fresh and delicious! The drive thru service was friendly and took my order and served me in a timely manner. Bread was super fresh. Very happy customer. ?

The Cinnabons we ordered were dreadful. My husbands “Center of the Roll” felt more like the median of a Texas highway. My classic roll was also quite hard and cold. I’ve never experienced this at any other Schlotzkys so it threw me off to not receive hot fresh & SOFT Cinnabons. Highly disappointed in wasting money here.

I have visited this location many many times. I was at this location just last night and this location really stands out in a very positive way. The cashier greeted us coming in, was very upbeat and friendly. He quickly got our order in. The food was fast and perfect. The cashier came by the table to check in on us during the course of the meal. Everything was absolutely perfect. As we were walking out, he thanked us for coming in. His name was Everett, the store manager. Totally fantastic!

I am a long term fan of Schlotzsky's. I have been to this location countless times since it was established over many years and this is the first review to offer on it. I have recently been impressed with this location and the last few visits have just been spectacular. This location really stands out. I went there most recently last night 10-26-2023. The restaurant was very clean and had a nice pleasant subtle aroma to it that reinforced the clean appearance. The drive through was humming and the team was all engaged and making things happen. Everyone looked happy. The man at the counter was smiling and friendly. He was verbally welcoming us into the restaurant on this damp rainy drizzly evening. The ordering process was very proficient. We had our chips and drinks promptly. Once the order was placed and paid for, I asked him who was running this location. He said well sir I am. I asked him for his name and showed me his name badge on his shirt while saying Everett. He said I am the manager. He asks if there is something that he could help with. I complemented the team. The food came right out and was right on spot. The taste was perfect. During the course of our meal, Everett came by to quickly survey us to make sure everything was perfect. As we were walking out, Everett thanked us for the opportunity to have served us and wished us a wonderful evening. It doesn't get any better than that! Absolutely top notch team at this location!

Probably the worst location in Austin. It gets worse every time I come and I’ve been coming here since I was 15, I’m 31 now. The food quality has just completely gone out the window. Today, I watched a woman in the drive through unwrap her sandwich and give it back, guess who got the order she unwrapped? Me. So now I have a sandwich someone else has touched and sat there for 10 minutes while you remade her order. Disgusted.
