This is the first time I am writing a horrible review about this company. I went today to pick up my order and made sure it said drive thru. I was advised by a staff member that the manager told me they changed it to pick up the order inside. I told her I never put it for pick up inside in the mobile area. She apologize and explain this is what the manager wanted. I told her to have them cancel my order because I had to leave. Usually if I wasn’t in a big rush I would’ve parked my car and go inside but I chose drive thru for a reason today. I spoke with a manager who explained that they changed it because drive thru is only for those ordering ( which isn’t true at all). Like I said before I never had an issue until today.
I won't bother coming here in the morning anymore - they are consistently slow anytime I stop in the morning. I have to pull over and wait , which makes me late to where I am going. For a fast food stop, you have to plan extra time to stop here which negates the whole point . Today they had a catering order that came in and they filled it before mine, even though I was there at the store. Weekend or weekday early morning (7 ish) they have not once been able to just hand me the food at the window.

Food poisoning from chicken scramble breakfast burrito. Got a putrid bite of grey chicken and threw it away. an hour or two later and i’m a sickly mess.

Not a good place to spend time or spend money! Management is very weak in this place. They asked us to wait in line, and only one cashier was active in a real rush time although they have 2 cashiers! The priority is always given to "to go" customers, and they don't care about the customers who come in for dine in! They treat dine-in cutomers just like under-the-bridge homeless people! Moreover they're lacking in their available foods in their menu; asked for a food and they simply said we don't have it! very disappointed with such a prestigious brand "Chick-fil-A"!

Recently visited this Chick-fil-A and was incredibly impressed. The cleanliness was top-notch and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Meeting the owners was a highlight – their dedication clearly reflects in every aspect of this standout location!
