Excellent food and excellent service. I had the $5 house salad, which surprised me by including an amazing arugula , cherry tomatoes and a fine dressing - I wasn't expecting such a taste treat (would have preferred dressing on the side, but it was the wine vinaigrette dressing was so good, I can't really complain). Amazing place! Visiting for a couple nights and really enjoyed this place. Customer Service was THROUGH the roof!! 10/10I sent back the Penne Primavera only because I wasn’t really wanting so much vegetables but the way the had immediate vegetarian suggestions for me was spot on. Our waitress Illiana and her manager Gino came at separate times after bringing the new plate and made sure it was to my satisfaction. Our experience at Sapori was really good. Our waiter, Birch, was attentive and knew the menu exceptionally well despite working there only two weeks. The food was incredible, especially the pasta and sauce, which is made in house every day. Sapori’s is located doentown and is a short walk from the state capital. Finding reasonably priced, FRESH authentic Italian food in Austin is challenging. I highly recommend
