Seated at the table & it was a little loud & hard to hear & talk, but we were surrounded by 2 large parties of 12 & 8. Food was really good: we had bacon-wrapped peppers for an appetizer, and my sister had the pork chop & I had the Ahi tuna w/truffle fries as entree's.
Excellent ambiance, meal and service. Larger group (7) and here for a work conference. Servers were attentive and mindful of our need to have 7 separate checks. This was appreciated for reimbursement. Food was a range of Cornbread, salad, burger, shrimp and everyone was pleased with their meal. If we had more time down here in Austin we would be back!

Roaring Fork is a cozy restaurant situated in the heart of Downtown, nestled within a hotel. It is known for its beautiful place and high-quality cuisine. The Filet Mignon is expertly prepared and beautifully presented, while the Green Chilli Mac and Cheese continues to receive praise as the best ever. The bacon wrapped pork tenderloin is definitely tender and very tasty, and the sides, including the sweet Mexican street corn and grits, are well-received.
The staff is attentive and caring, ensuring a pleasant dining experience from start to finish. Servers are very good, attentive but not in your face, and steady. The drinks are delicious, and the overall dining experience remains enjoyable. Roaring Fork is a great place to visit and dine again, with many customers looking forward to returning on their next visit.
