Roaring Fork is a restaurant with excellent service and delicious food. The Filet Mignon is cooked perfectly and presented beautifully. The staff is attentive and caring, like Andres, who ensured a wonderful dining experience. Despite bright lights over the bar, the overall experience is enjoyable. The customer service is commendable, as they waived a cancellation fee for a large party reservation. A great place to visit and dine again.
