If you're in Killeen, you have GOT to go to the Firehouse Ranch. We were looking for a BBQ joint and wound up giving them a call. After speaking to the owner I knew we had to try them out. Firehouse Ranch BBQ is outstanding! The sausage and pork ribs were tender and done to perfection. The collard greens had a little kick to them are delicious. The potato salad and beans completed the meal.....the only thing fast about this BBQ is the service. They cook the old fashioned way, which is the best!

Best BBQ in Killeen without a doubt. I normally hate spare ribs but they figured out how to make them fall off the bone tender. Sausage is amazing. BBQ sauce might be what makes everything so good though. Thought they had closed but they just moved from Stan schleuter to w s young and rancier FYI
