Amazing food and character! We had Chef Gil create for our wedding and as expected we (and all of our guests) were blown away! Staff a dream to work with and you will be beyond pleased working with this team and chef! Braised short rib is to die for!

Chef Gil and company were very friendly, professional, timely and courteous. The presentation of the food he prepares is exquisite. Every item he prepared was outstandingly delicious. I would recommend Chef Gil and his staff to cater venues from a small intimate soiree to a formal event at the White House. Chef Gil and his staff will go above and beyond to make every event spectacular!
