Just tried these lovely folks on a whim, and the temaki (hand rolls) are legit! Tried the Blue Fin tuna, Salmon Skin, and the Unagi (eel, my fav), and the flavors are really on point. (I’ve lived in Japan, so I’m picky about this kind of stuff). Also, the two people working were super nice + helpful. Highly recommended!
We came here yesterday with our dog and bebe for dinner. This was perfect for a sushi fix without the hassle of a sit down restaurant, which is what we needed. The fish was really good quality, everything tasted fresh and delicious, and the people working the truck were really kind and friendly! We started with the salmon and hamachi toro, which were delicious and fresh and the perfect temp. I was walking by the food park when I noticed something new. This place is towards the back of the park, right next to Bananarchy.cI had the agedashi salad with spicy tuna and hamachi temakis. Honestly pretty fresh and filling! I wish them the best of success to be selling sushi out of a food truck. The only other food truck that could make good sushi et al was Dawa back in the day.
