Ever since I heard about Cronuts (A cross between a croissant and a donut) being trendy due to a new york pastry shop making them viral I've always wanted to have something similar- But I knew they had become patented. Plenty of reviews about this place, but I thought I'd add a couple things others didn't. First of all, there's lots of parking, however, their hours are 8 AM till 5 PM every day which means if you're looking for something on a very early commute, you're better off at a convenience store. You could also go to Lonestar kolaches just a few blocks away on Anderson Lane since they open at 5:30 AM. Like any bakery, it's best to get there early for a better selection. Nice little nook —- delicious well-made coffee, tried the “morning bun”, kind of like pan de muerto had a baby w/ croissant. Really tasty. Space is a bit small for extended hangouts, but other than that, all good.
