awesome sandwiches like the Turkey bacon 😋
Drive thru employee on 9/20 went above and beyond for us. I pulled into the drive-thru and ordered 5+ sandwiches with special requests for each. The gentleman was polite with me even after i warned him that it was going to be a big, unexpected order. Positive attitude and very patient while i was trying to get each meal correct and when i told him i would be using multiple payment methods. Never once made me feel like i was an inconvenience.

Schlotzsky's Deli offers a casual yet satisfying dining experience with fresh, hot, and flavorful food. Customers appreciate the friendly and professional service, which often includes thoughtful gestures like free items when wait times are longer. The restaurant is known for its sandwiches, which are made just the way customers want, and it provides good-sized portions in a comfortable, easygoing atmosphere. Many reviews highlight the quality of the food, including gluten-free options like the gluten-free pizza and sandwiches. However, some issues have been noted, such as the Tortilla Soup not meeting expectations and the pizza being served uncut, making it difficult to eat. Despite these problems, staff members, including managers, are often praised for their helpfulness and professionalism, especially when resolving concerns. Customers also mention that the place is suitable when craving something casual but still satisfying, with quick service and friendly staff. During busy times, the team manages to stay patient and helpful. Overall, Schlotzsky's Deli is seen as a reliable spot for flavorful sandwiches and friendly service, with occasional hiccups that are addressed well by the staff.
