“Great place! Definitely a stop if you have an RV as they are in the Harvest Host program. The wine tasting is a fantastic value and the wines are some of the best Texas wines we've tried. Service is friendly, knowledgeable, and top notch.“
“When we decided to drive our old vehicles into Castroville, TX, this was not our actual stop. We found this place by accident. The atmosphere has a mixture of country, rock, and cuisine. The food is simple but not simple. Although it's not a place you'd expect to eat dinner, the food was very filling. Loved the music the vibe, the cleanliness, and the service of this place. I plan on stopping by next time when they have live music. This place is a must try and as always you make your own judgment as for me I'll be back for sure.“
“This place has become our go to place every time I travel to Castroville to see my husband. We even told our daughter about Julianna’s and now her and her husband go too and they loved it. The food is so delicious but the only thing that they really need is a variety of drinks at the bar.“
“We were visiting San Antonio, TX and we wanted to eat Salvadoran food and we found two restaurants and we couldn't decide which one and one was 10 minutes away and the other 28 minutes away and we decided on El BUEN PALADAR Restaurant, it was 28 minutes away but it was worth it. It's worth the distance, the food is super delicious, the service is very friendly. The truth is, I would return again, it's a shame that I live in Dallas. Recommended, I give it a score of one of ? ?Parking: Spacious and there are enough“
“Great food truck on Potranco. We've stopped here twice and the food was delicious. I love the mini tacos with Al Pastor or Campechano with the green salsa. The quesobirria tacos were yummy with the red salsa. The quesadillas were cheesy and goey. They use red onions on the tacos with cilantro which I love. You can ask for it on the side. There is a sign that says cash only so bring cash just in case. The team is phenomenal! They speak English and Spanish. We will definitely be back!Parking: Parking next to the truckKid-friendliness: Cheese quesadillas are an easy option for kiddos!“
“Updated review March 24, 2024All right friends, I just found out yesterday Mariachis Taco Truck is no longer at area 51. Here is where they are now: 12135 Potranco Rd, San Antonio, TX 78245Which is just a few hundred feet from Area 51. Its at the food mart where U-haul parks its trucks.I requested Mariachis staff permission to update their address and it will be updated on Google maps soon. Blessings to everyone!--‐---------------------'Mariachis Tacos did it again!!! (2023 review)It was almost closing time on Monday night at 11:20 pm, the cook managed to put together our order with birria meat (which we prefer), even with the possibility the meat would not be enough, he did it!! ? Thanks for taking very good care of your customers and going the extra mile. This is what makes a difference with your food truck and everyone else's. My Torta Supreme was extra crispy, and all the tacos were on point. One suggestion is that I would like to taste a mild version of your hot sauces. I bet they are delicious, but too hot ? at least for my stomach ?. If not possible, it's understandable since this is Mexican food from Jalisco to the USA. To all other customers, heads up if you like lots of lime on your tacos, bring extra slices from home. What you see is what you get. Thanks, Mariachi's for for your excellent ? food and customer service. Please keep up the good work!!!!Five stars for me this time. If I could do more, I would gladly do it.Old review. This is our second time eating from this food truck. My first impression is that the cooks put lots of love and pride when they make food. The first time I ate tacos, that tasted amazing. I was impressed and curious, so I went to the truck to order something else. I asked the cook what his suggestions were so I could try it out? he said, "Get the Supreme Torta, it has a good flavour." So I did, and oh my, oh my..... he was right!!! I loved it so much that I bought another one! So I will recommend the same torta hands down. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The cooks take your order some times, and I was able to ask if he can make my bread extra crispy and he did. So thanks for that extra detail. Thanks to the whole staff you rock! 10 STARS for me... Keep up the good work! In addition please try the PAPA CAMPECHANA you will love it!!“
“We love that we have a local Dutch bros now! We visit very often and while the music is usually much too loud, the drinks are consistently good! It took us a while to explore the menu and find what we like, but now that we have our favorites we’re racking up those rewards points! Customer service has always been decent in our experience. Sometimes we purposefully choose the walk-up window when we feel less social because the drive through workers always make a good effort at conversation.Try the iced kicker extra sweet, the hot hazelnut truffle mocha with oat milk or an orangesicle soda with soft top!“
“Stopped in after smelling the smoke and was not disappointed! This isn't your fancy, overpriced BBQ spot, it's the real deal. Small menu, but everything was delicious! Had their two meat plate (brisket and sausage). It came with pickles, onions, a jalapeno, potato salad, beans and two pieces of bread.Service was great, she even threw in an extra sausage link!Brisket had amazing smoke flavor with a perfect barkSausage was delicious, I believe it was homemade... Great flavorPotato salad was really, REALLY good. I usually have to add salt and pepper to mine but this was perfect.BBQ sauce was delicious and again, I believe homemade.“
