“Parking is troublesome but this place has such good food. The portion sizes are large. Waitstaff is super friendly. I've eaten here twice and it's my new favorite mexican food place.“

It might take a bit to navigate the menu, but I can't had a bad meal yet. Be ready, as the free salsa and chips are just a little spicier than you may be used to; but I love it that way.“

“Cute little restaurant, we normally stop at while passing through Castroville on our way to the ranch. Service is excellent, and the food is delicious. On the downside, I see it's good for them, but they get jam-packed during lunch. We always try to arrive before the lunch rush. Highly recommend.“

“I ALMOST SUFFOCATED EATING THEIR POZOLE!!!! I almost swallowed a Heineken beer bottle cap. I spoke to the business owner Oscar, whom admitted they add beer to their pozole. But he said that they have insurance and that I could do whatever I wanted. In another words he didn't care that I couldn't have died. A bottle cap can tear up your intestinal track. The picture shows the bottle cap that I pulled out of my mouth before swallowing it. Oscar, Insurance will not help if you die. HE TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS NEGLIGENCE!“

“Always look forward to grabbing a plate. We’ve tried trucks around the 211-Talley-potranco area but none that have this delicious taste. Ex: taco madre, pink tacos, sisters taco truck… most trucks have dried out meat that’s flavorless. But theirs is so juicy, and flavorful especially with their melted cheese! I highly recommend!! Also I get my order without all the fixes so that I can adjust to my liking.“

“Best tasting meal I’ve had in a long while ! MUST try the Carne Asada Nicaraguense! We tried the Nicaraguense beef, chicken and pork and all had amazing flavor and mixed with the authentic sides was a flavor explosion ! My less adventurous son had the flautas, which must of been very good bc I wasn’t offered a bite lol Will be back again soon so glad we stopped in. : )“

“Great food, best street tacos“

“I called the other day because we new that we were going to be throwing an Easter birthday party and I needed an order of fried rice for 30 people, So after discussing what I needed to be done they guaranteed me that the rice would be ready on the day I asked for which was Easter Sunday at 10:00 a.m. !!! Got there the rice was ready to go, took it to the party, It was a big hit. but most of all the hit was that Rincon went the extra mile you know the people there the atmosphere there they're a great bunch of customer service representatives. My hats off to the cook!!!the rice was impeccable it was great and I just enjoyed the experience and wouldn't hesitate to do it again, just great people and great service!!“

“Everyone was so nice, family owned and operated (momma was cooking in the back too) I can’t speak any Spanish luckily they had an English server that was super nice. The food was really good. Definitely better than the food trucks near by. Will come back over and over.“

“Food was delicious. Service was slow. Servers are not attentive to customers. I ordered two Barbacoa tacos and it took 20 minutes to get them. When they came they were on flour tortillas but I ordered them on corn. I didn’t get silverware or napkins. I’d go back for round two and give them a second chance to prove they are better than the service I received.“

“We've been getting our Sunday Barbacoa here since they opened. It's always been good and fresh. The pink order comes with 1lb of all meat, corn tortillas, and chili or Pico de gallo. And don't forget to get a slice of cake 😋“

“Being from out of town, we didn't know this was a food truck when we saw the reviews for great tacos. The tacos were meaty and packaged nicely.

Parking: This is a food truck parked in a strip shopping center, so parking was plentiful.“
