First time there today! I walked in and ordered take out. The inside was nice, and they had the heater going on this nice cold day. I ordered a carne guisada with cheese, barbacoa, couple bean and cheese, bean and chorizo, and built a norteno (beef fajita, bean, guac, and white cheese) for my wife. We’ve eaten at El Rincon a # of times, breakfast, lunch & dinner. Each time we walk away saying “that was the best ever”! As a New Mexico native, I know good Mexican food & this is good! Yesterday I had the best chile relleno ever!

I ALMOST SUFFOCATED EATING THEIR POZOLE!!!! I almost swallowed a Heineken beer bottle cap. I spoke to the business owner Oscar, whom admitted they add beer to their pozole. But he said that they have insurance and that I could do whatever I wanted. In another words he didn't care that I couldn't have died. A bottle cap can tear up your intestinal track.
