“Taco Capital absolutely delivered. The carne asada was perfectly seasoned and incredibly flavorful, honestly some of the best I’ve had. And the chips… wow. They were crispy, fresh, and somehow tasted like fritos (in the best way), which made them impossible to stop eating. The salsas were so, so delicious and paired perfectly with everything. I also have to mention the agua fresca... it was really delicious and so refreshing. On top of that, the customer service was excellent! Friendly, helpful, and fast. The restaurant was clean, and set up simply for efficiency, which I loved. It’s perfect if you want to grab and go tacos without sacrificing quality. Taco Capital is the kind of place that makes you want to bring friends back with you. Highly recommend!“

My wife had the Fajita Enchilada platter (very good and far larger than she could eat at one sitting). Our drinks (Santa Margarita and Red Pear Sangria) were both excellent and refreshing. “This is loaded birria fries. They also have Asada, Al Pastor, Pollo/Chicken, picadillo, and more. Be sure to get both sauces as well. The Birria is a brisket style meat that I've never had on loaded fries but It'll be an option from here on out. This plate comes with nachos cheese and mozzarella cheese as well.“

They made our food exactly the way we wanted it, paying attention to every detail and making sure everything was just right. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they serve.

When we first arrived wasn’t busy but people started coming in.

Usually a restaurant has its subtle specialties but here everyone was really good. We tried, chicharron (thick and not soggy), sausage ranchero, migas taco, kids pancake breakfast, and bean and cheese. The refried beans take bean and cheese taco to next level.

We also tried menudo(waiter let us try since we already ordered, amazing flavor and will order next time.“
