Barbacoca is good, not too greasy, but does need a little salt added. I had a flower tortilla, which is really good. Corn tortilla is thick and a little dry. Both are homemade..you can get a lb, 1 liter of soda and tortillas for 20 bucks, ask for the family deal. It's cheaper that way. It doesn't come with onions or cilantro.
