The food, the creativity, and the drinks. All amazing. I experienced flavors that were familiar but completely new. Dishes that were traditional but unconventional. Do the wine and cocktail pairings, you won’t be disappointed!

We had been saving this restaurant for a special occasion after hearing so many great things, and overall it lived up to the expectations.

I was especially impressed with how well they accommodated the various dietary restrictions in our group (no red meat, no pork, and no seafood). The idea of historically themed food prepared immaculately by world class chefs was realized last month with a visit, whilst celebrating a birthday.

The menu, a seasonal affair, focused on the Bay of Campeche - a celebration of indigenous (Aztec) food and culture having mixed over centuries with Spanish influence. Each course explored different flavor profiles from tamal to crunchy texture sitting atopa vegan ice cream.
