“The food is amazingly delicious, very authentic. I am Mexican and have lived in many major cities (military) and am always looking for that close to home nostalgic Mexican taste. I have found it here , finally! The owners/ staff are so kind, friendly and attentive. Their salsas are very spicy in a good way . The tortillas are always fresh and perfectly cooked. It’s our new go to place on Saturdays. A hidden gem.“

“My friend and I were on the side of the road walking for miles on a hot summer day, longing for a nice, warm meal to fill up our bellies. As we stumbled upon this Taco Bell our hearts fluttered and our stomachs rumbled. We walked in to be greeted by a warm smile given to us by a kind young man named Alan T. He maintained eye contact from the kitchen as he carefully crafted our burritos, tacos, and quesadillas (plus nacho fries, cheesy fiesta potatoes, strawberry cream cheese filled cinnamon balls, cinnamon twists, and two large baja blasts) and we felt nothing but reassurance that our meal was in good hands. We waited only a couple of minutes and during our wait, we conversed with a racially ambiguous Indian man who asked us if we have ever been to a rave. We both felt slightly threatened and almost concerned for our safety but realized we were only overthinking and anticipating our Taco Bell order. It made us come to the conclusion that our starvation was making us delirious, but Alan soon came to the rescue and gave us our food. He looked at us with a sparkle in his eye and a dimple in his cheek and I said farewell. We walked out of Taco Bell that day feeling hopeful that our meal would be life changing. Once we returned home, we tore open the bag and feasted. There was nacho cheese and cinnamon cream all over our mouths and bodies. Lets just say it was really good haha. Thank you Alan for this amazing experience that we will cherish for the rest of our lives 💕“

“I'm not exaggerating when I say this is my favorite place to eat in San Antonio. Located near the airport in a tucked away location, RO-HO Pork & Bread is a hidden gem. This is comfort food at it's finest. Ro-Ho has many great things on the menu, but they are best known for their Torta Ahogada, and it's what I get almost every time. The torta is always hot, the carnitas cooked to perfection, and the tomato salsa is to die for. You can get the torta with straight carnitas or you can mix it up with carnitas, pork stomach and skin, which is what I usually get. The torta also comes with cabbage, onion, radish and lime. No matter how you order it, it's going to be great! The place is super cool, with Mexican artwork and music. There is inside seating and an outside covered patio as well. Everything you can get to drink from the cold case is always ice cold. And they serve one of my favorite Mexican beers, Victoria. Chef Rojo is often around and greets customers. The ladies that work the register and food line are so friendly, and will answer questions if it's your first time. The place fills up quickly at lunch, so keep that in mind. I drive clear across town for my Torta Ahogada fix, if that says anything! Check this place out!“

“Used them for a teacher luncheon and they delivered to our school. The elevator was broken and the two ladies carried trays and huge coolers up 2 high flights of stairs at least 7 times up and down. I get exhausted going up once. They had the most pleasant attitude.The food was delicious and the presentation of the trays and warmers was perfect! “The tacos were perfect and not lacking in any way. They definitely give you a great & plentiful taco unlike other establishments. I bought several tacos for my co-workers, and even they had positive feedback about the quality and amount. They usually buy their breakfast tacos from big name places. You definitely have to give them a try at Camila's. Don't let the fact that their setup is in a convenience store. The tacos are fantastic and more than worth the stop. Thank you so much!“

“I will be stopping here every day! The staff is so uplifting and friendly. The gentleman at the door (the face of the restaurant you see on the way in and the way out) is phenomenal! I literally leave in a better mood every morning. (even when I am already in a good mood!) The food is great the servers are great and the price is right. If you are one of the folks who had come here pre-covid and experienced the opposite, let me tell you, this is not the same place. “Olguitas Molino is the kind of place you almost don’t want to tell people about because it feels like a hidden neighborhood gem. Tucked on a corner off the access road between I-35 and 37, not far from the Pearl or downtown, it has that true mom and pop feel the second you walk in.

The food is incredible. The tortillas alone are worth the stop, soft and warm like little pillows. Everything tastes fresh, simple, and done right. The salsas are all solid, but the creamy verde is the one I keep coming back for. It has just the right balance of heat and richness.

The staff is genuinely friendly, not forced, just good people. The coffee is always hot, and there’s this quiet rhythm to the place where it feels like everyone knows each other. You walk in as a customer, but it feels like you’re stepping into someone’s neighborhood kitchen.
