Authentic doesn't come close to describing the incredible food. We were in town for the weekend and a family member suggested Mi Rancho. They have been going there for many years. It's in what you would expect from the term "hole in the wall" as it is off the beaten path in a little strip center. Growing up in Texas, I know Mexican food. I got potato and egg tacos and bean and cheese tacos. The cheese they use is like the melty government cheese. Beans were flavorful. Potato and egg isn't seasoned but the potatoes are fried. Most places done season potato and egg and let you add your salt. The tacos are big. You only need 2. But their taco special is great. With taxes you get 3 tacos for $4. Cant beat that!
