The food is amazingly delicious, very authentic. I am Mexican and have lived in many major cities (military) and am always looking for that close to home nostalgic Mexican taste. I have found it here , finally! The owners/ staff are so kind, friendly and attentive. Their salsas are very spicy in a good way . The tortillas are always fresh and perfectly cooked. It’s our new go to place on Saturdays. A hidden gem.

Our family LOVES this place and we have been coming for years. We are obsessed with their breakfast tacos and it has become a staple in our household every week. Can’t forget their spicy chicken, too. It’s so good! Not only is their food amazing, but the owner is so kind and welcoming. He really cares about his place and customers. Pollo Picosito is a wonderful and special Mexican restaurant with an incredible, welcoming, and cozy atmosphere that makes guests feel right at home. The food is absolutely delicious, authentic, consistently amazing, and full of flavor, made with high-quality ingredients. Specific dishes praised include the California burrito, huevos rancheros, breakfast gordita, pancake with pecans and fruit, flauta plate, green chicken enchiladas, a burger with jalapeños, and chorizo con huevo tacos, with some calling it the best breakfast in town. The restaurant is very clean, the prices are great, and the food is well-priced for its good quality.
The service is outstanding, attentive, kind, and detail-oriented. The owner and every member of the staff are wonderful, helpful hosts who go above and beyond to provide an exceptional experience.
