This place has the best quesabirria tacos I've ever had, so far! Definitely recommend 10/10!! They have a great flavor, and after finishing them, I had wished I had ordered more hahaAlso, Jose is one of the sweetest, kindest people you'll ever meet!!You won't regret coming here! Enjoy!!

Excellent! If you're looking for a top birria near downtown San Antonio, you need to get to this truck located behind Bésame on E Grayson. I had the quesabirria tacos and they were incredible. The meat was tender and flavorful, the cheese melty and delicious, the cilantro and lime gave it a nice fresh element, and the consomé was just perfect. I was told I need to try the birria pizza next...but plan for a long nap afterwards!
