I DIDN'T Like my potatoes, They were tasteless and HARD BUT GLAD I TRIED AGAIN.“
“I Stopped in to pick up a to go order of enchiladas, rice and beans. The staff was very friendly and they seem to do a good Sunday afternoon business. The cheese enchiladas were pretty good with a bit of brown gravy covering them. The rice had an excellent flavor. The refried beans had a weird consistency to them, I'm not sure if they came from a can or not. Mix the refried beans with the rice and it's still tasty. I thought the real star of the show were the homemade flour tortillas. Light, fluffy and delicious. I'm definitely thinking I'm heading back there for some breakfast tacos. If you find yourself in Devine, stop in and give them a try.“
“My mother and I just tried this place for the first time, and it was fantastic. Delicious, hot, freshly prepared food with very generous portions. I highly recommend this restaurant. The menu was bigger than what I photographed.It was clean, with fast service and everything was reasonably priced. They not only have a wheelchair ramp but they also have a drive through for extra convenience. There is additional parking in the back of the restaurant. Literally a stone’s throw or two (on the east side) of I-35, in Devine, Texas. You can’t see it from the freeway but it’s a great stop! ?????“
“The gorditas here are absolutely amazing. I had some fajita ones my first visit that blew my mind. My 2nd visit I tried the brisket and the fajita again, but they weren't quite as good. It probably has to do with the cut of meat you get.. luck of the draw I guess. But they were still fantastic. The brisket had less flavor than the fajita. The guacamole and pico de gallo here is fresh, and has really good flavor. The gorditas are fried crisp, with a crunch to them. I've reviewed hundreds, maybe a thousand restaurants, and I put this item in my top 20 best items ever..“
