“Family oriented eatery, very cozy and inviting patio area. Our waiter was very attentive to keeping our drinks filled. First time visiting, will definitely be returning. We ordered fried pickles as an appetizer & the basket yielded plenty & the burgers were tasty & hit the spot. Best of all, we enjoyed our hometown boys band playing….Brad Jenschke.”

“This place was great my husband and I went for a date night here. We shared a steak and potato fries. I got a salad and my husband got soup. We each didn't get alcohol either it's a little upscale in the town so spending more for two is well worth it. The fries were a little on the darker side but i liked them that way.”

“One of many small Tex-Mex restaurants. Service is usually good. Food is pretty consistent and good. Not much to the atmosphere, but this isn't a place you go for the atmosphere.”

“This is one of my usual supper spots. The food is great and the service is top notch. This is a very cozy family restaurant where all the food is fresh and taste "home made". I highly recommend Chuys. Careful with the salsa given with the chips, it has some heat to it.”

“My mother and I just tried this place for the first time, and it was fantastic. Delicious, hot, freshly prepared food with very generous portions. I highly recommend this restaurant. The menu was bigger than what I photographed. It was clean, with fast service and everything was reasonably priced. They not only have a wheelchair ramp but they also have a drive through for extra convenience. There is additional parking in the back of the restaurant. Literally a stone’s throw or two (on the east side) of I-35, in Devine, Texas. You can’t see it from the freeway but it’s a great stop! ?????”

“We were in town for our son’s football scrimmage from Seguin, & we decided to stop here for some late lunch. We dined in and there was no wait, gentlemen at the register was very polite and kept us informed of our order. Really Our food was all so good, it was hot and fresh for sure. We had the tenders with mashed potatoes, and a large jalapeño bombers. Bathrooms were clean and so was the lobby area.”

“The gorditas here are absolutely amazing. I had some fajita ones my first visit that blew my mind. My 2nd visit I tried the brisket and the fajita again, but they weren't quite as good. It probably has to do with the cut of meat you get.. luck of the draw I guess. But they were still fantastic. The brisket had less flavor than the fajita. The guacamole and pico de gallo here is fresh, and has really good flavor. The gorditas are fried crisp, with a crunch to them. I've reviewed hundreds, maybe a thousand restaurants, and I put this item in my top 20 best items ever..”
