“Me and my girlfriend decided to have a little date night and we decided to try out cheddars and it was a great decision our server Ashley was very friendly and attentive but not too much so that it kinda feels overwhelming she really made our evening a fun night out. We will definitely be coming back and requesting her next time! Not to mention she also informed us she was the one who made our cocktails and they came out perfect! Not too strong but just enough for a perfect balance of flavor with a nice little kick.“

“I came to Pluckers because I was really craving some wings. Plus, I had just come from a Spurs game and was able to score five free wings thanks to their sponsorship—definitely a win!

It was a Monday night, and the restaurant wasn’t crowded at all. I arrived around 8:30 PM and was immediately seated. I had my heart set on a Mega-Rita, but unfortunately, the frozen drink machines were already down. Disappointing, but the rest of the drink menu was still available.

Since it was Monday, their special was All-You-Can-Eat Wings for $33. I decided to go all in and ordered lemon pepper and honey BBQ bone-in wings with a small order of waffle fries. The wings did not disappoint—they were great in size and packed with flavor. The waffle fries were just okay, nothing too special.

To finish off my meal, I couldn’t resist dessert after seeing the sign that said, “Pluck your diet, order dessert.” That got a chuckle out of me, so I went with the brownie, which my server highly recommended. While it was a good size, the flavor was underwhelming—honestly, the Chick-fil-A brownie is better and cheaper.

Overall, I had a good experience. The service was great, the wings were solid, and I’d definitely come back next time I’m craving wings. Hopefully, next time the drink machine will be up and running, so I can finally get that Mega-Rita!“

“We hosted a Celebration of Life at BJ's Brewhouse, Hwy 281 N. Could not have been more satisfied with the atmosphere, service, and especially the food. There were 80 of us with the Pizza and Salad Buffet. EVERYBODY there remarked how wonderful how wonderful the pizza and service were. I've heard terms like "never had pizza this good", "the service was excellent", "wonderful place." I highly recommend this particular location for events. EXCELLENT.“

“Kindling Texas Kitchen is definitely worth a visit. The food was excellent, and everything we ordered was fresh and full of flavor. I stopped in later in the day, so quite a few menu items were already sold out, which tells me they're popular and making food fresh. The service was friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. The atmosphere was relaxed, comfortable, and a great fit for downtown Cibolo. I'll be back a little earlier next time so I can try more of the menu. Overall, a great local restaurant that I'd happily recommend.“

“Hello, this post has been a long time coming and I can finally give kudos to this lovely dining experience and delicious food! My work team had our year end lunch here for about 17 people including two kiddos and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate even in a mom/pop size restaurant. We felt like one big family hanging out eating some great food (***** stew, oxtail, catfish and bomb sides). You can bring your own drink too (and act appropriately of course?). My company has also catered food with Momma Luvs and the food is just as great as dining in! Please come by and get your plate(s) and I’m sure you’ll be back because my coworkers and I have surely been returning customers!! Big up!“

“Generally red lobster has outstanding service. Not today. It was obvious our server was new because she was unsure of herself and didn't know her products. She also didn't ask the the right questions and failed to write down the stuff she should be remembering. She never asked about the sides for my daughter's meal The appetizers came out before the drinks. There was a fly in our margarita which they were quick to replace. My order came out almost as my other quests were finishing their food. There were 7 total people at our table. A new person should never have been serving us out at least been helped by an experienced trainer. Five guests orders were incorrect and the other two plates came out as everyone else was finishing their food. I had to ask three times to get my drink refilled. The whole dinner took so long that the guests of honor who was having his birthday actually had to leave. They came out with his birthday ice cream after he left. Food was delicious though and I'm sure this was just an isolated incident. Or at least I hope.“

“The Purple Pig was recommended to me, and I recommend this outstanding BBQ eatery enthusiastically. The best pulled pork BBQ I've eaten has been in Tennessee. Nothing to compare. We'd pick up frozen pulled pork in Tennessee and bring it back to Texas as a treat. Nothing to compare until our first visit to The Purple Pig in June. Meets and exceeds our high standards to perfection. Don't miss this delightful experience. There are many things that makes the pulled pork extraordinary. Quality. Pecan smoked, not common to Texas. “My family finally checked out this place and I'm not sure why we haven't until now!! Staff was all incredibly nice. Very clean restaurant. Prices were good. Everything we had was delicious and made to order. You can tell that love and care were put into everything we got, something I definitely appreciate. I had catfish and fries, it was perfect and definitely satisfied my craving that day. My husband had a Chicago dog and it looked amazing, he enjoyed it. One kid had a gyro and wow, it looked great. She wouldn't let me try it lol. The other kid had kid chicken tenders. They were not your typical frozen nuggets y'all, they were fresh fried chicken and she loved them (picky kid). We will be back. I can't wait to try everything else. Maybe next time I'll remember to get pictures but trust me, give them a visit.“

“I love the way the bars split into two sides one has rock one has R&B the bartender was very tentative. I love the crunchy ice in the drinks. Pours with the heavier hand. 😝 I love all the decor with the painting paintings and the rock ‘n’ roll style. The cucumber margarita was good, but asked for light ice! I did not get any food But everyone here was eating. They have a live band that comes and they also host live high school kid bands! The drinks are a great price!!! 14$ for 2 drinks!! All the art work is done by Scott and even does live event paintings in house sometimes!! Call home for a portrait or a mural!“

“We've been three times now, and the first two times were great. Tonight made us not want to go back for a long while. The women's bathroom was disgusting. We ordered our food and they were out of bread bowls and potatoes. My daughter ordered off the kids menu, and we paid then 10 minutes later an associate came over and said they don't carry what she ordered anymore. So we switched to something else, that cost less, and we had to ask for the refund of the difference later, they didn't offer. We switched to carry out because the AC was broken (not their fault). One of my kids ordered the kid's Mac and cheese and they gave us a tiny side portion as her meal and when I asked the cashier about it she said it was correct. But then I saw a kid with a sandwich and a side of Mac and cheese and his Mac was the same size as her entree portion. I mentioned this and they said oh yah, you're right, and gave us a second one. We left and I realized we didn't get our drinks, we just ordered water so no loss but just irritating. They also didn't give our kids their cookies in this kids meals, which I didn't realize until we got home. My husband broccoli cheese soup was very watery, and my chicken enchilada soup had maybe 2 pieces of nickel size chicken and nothing else but the soup part. Our sandwiches were good and the kids' food was good. The manager was very nice.“

“The employees are great super friendly and actually care, which threw me off at first. I was like, “Wait… yall are nice on purpose?” They go a little above and beyond without making it a whole thing, which is rare.

The to-go area is lowkey my favorite part. Every time I walk in, they’re like, “Hey, how are you?” and I’m standing there thinking, “Dang no one’s asked me that all day.” Suddenly I’m picking up food and getting my daily dose of human interaction.

It’s one of those places where you come in for a quick order and leave like, “That was… oddly wholesome.” Rocco, you set the bar a little too high for Slagel.“

They both bring such good energy — professional, friendly, and always on point. Whether it’s a hectic night or a chill one, Carsen and Annie handle it with ease and make everyone feel welcome. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows. Leave Definitely two of the best — the ticket bar wouldn’t be the same without them!“
