“So our server was great. Wish I remembered her name. Price was very reasonable and food was good. The only knock on our visit was the wait and bag information about wait time. We were told 30 minutes and was actually more than 1 hour. When we finally sat down we ordered the kids meals right away and appetizer at same time on kiosk provided. Appetizer came out immediately. About 15 minutes later were able to order the adult meals. To our surprise the adult meals came out first and the kids meals seem to have disappeared. Finally they figured out where they were and they came out street the adult meals. Improve that part and it could go to 5 stars“

“I came to Pluckers because I was really craving some wings. Plus, I had just come from a Spurs game and was able to score five free wings thanks to their sponsorship—definitely a win!

It was a Monday night, and the restaurant wasn’t crowded at all. I arrived around 8:30 PM and was immediately seated. I had my heart set on a Mega-Rita, but unfortunately, the frozen drink machines were already down. Disappointing, but the rest of the drink menu was still available.

Since it was Monday, their special was All-You-Can-Eat Wings for $33. I decided to go all in and ordered lemon pepper and honey BBQ bone-in wings with a small order of waffle fries. The wings did not disappoint—they were great in size and packed with flavor. The waffle fries were just okay, nothing too special.

To finish off my meal, I couldn’t resist dessert after seeing the sign that said, “Pluck your diet, order dessert.” That got a chuckle out of me, so I went with the brownie, which my server highly recommended. While it was a good size, the flavor was underwhelming—honestly, the Chick-fil-A brownie is better and cheaper.

Overall, I had a good experience. The service was great, the wings were solid, and I’d definitely come back next time I’m craving wings. Hopefully, next time the drink machine will be up and running, so I can finally get that Mega-Rita!“

“I was seated by the kitchen and my food came out still cold. I had combo 2 pancakes with the 2 eggs scramble medium, Hasbrowns with 2 sausage links. The restaurant floor under booths and table has trash on the floor. Not appealing. I was very disappointed of the cleanliness of restaurant and receiving cold food.“

“We hosted a Celebration of Life at BJ's Brewhouse, Hwy 281 N. Could not have been more satisfied with the atmosphere, service, and especially the food. There were 80 of us with the Pizza and Salad Buffet. EVERYBODY there remarked how wonderful how wonderful the pizza and service were. I've heard terms like "never had pizza this good", "the service was excellent", "wonderful place." I highly recommend this particular location for events. EXCELLENT.“

A few minutes later I began seeking an explanation. No employee had an answer. A cook asked if I still wanted the lettuce, etc cetera. Really? This has been a favorite spot for me but tonight was a huge disappointment.“

“We've been three times now, and the first two times were great. Tonight made us not want to go back for a long while. The women's bathroom was disgusting. We ordered our food and they were out of bread bowls and potatoes. My daughter ordered off the kids menu, and we paid then 10 minutes later an associate came over and said they don't carry what she ordered anymore. So we switched to something else, that cost less, and we had to ask for the refund of the difference later, they didn't offer. We switched to carry out because the AC was broken (not their fault). One of my kids ordered the kid's Mac and cheese and they gave us a tiny side portion as her meal and when I asked the cashier about it she said it was correct. But then I saw a kid with a sandwich and a side of Mac and cheese and his Mac was the same size as her entree portion. I mentioned this and they said oh yah, you're right, and gave us a second one. We left and I realized we didn't get our drinks, we just ordered water so no loss but just irritating. They also didn't give our kids their cookies in this kids meals, which I didn't realize until we got home. My husband broccoli cheese soup was very watery, and my chicken enchilada soup had maybe 2 pieces of nickel size chicken and nothing else but the soup part. Our sandwiches were good and the kids' food was good. The manager was very nice.“

My work team had our year end lunch here for about 17 people including two kiddos and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate even in a mom/pop size restaurant. We felt like one big family hanging out eating some great food (***** stew, oxtail, catfish and bomb sides). You can bring your own drink too (and act appropriately of course?). My company has also catered food with Momma Luvs and the food is just as great as dining in! “My family finally checked out this place and I'm not sure why we haven't until now!! Staff was all incredibly nice. Very clean restaurant. Prices were good. Everything we had was delicious and made to order. You can tell that love and care were put into everything we got, something I definitely appreciate. I had catfish and fries, it was perfect and definitely satisfied my craving that day. My husband had a Chicago dog and it looked amazing, he enjoyed it. One kid had a gyro and wow, it looked great. She wouldn't let me try it lol. The other kid had kid chicken tenders. They were not your typical frozen nuggets y'all, they were fresh fried chicken and she loved them (picky kid). We will be back. I can't wait to try everything else. Maybe next time I'll remember to get pictures but trust me, give them a visit.“

“I love the way the bars split into two sides one has rock one has R&B the bartender was very tentative. I love the crunchy ice in the drinks. Pours with the heavier hand. 😝 I love all the decor with the painting paintings and the rock ‘n’ roll style. The cucumber margarita was good, but asked for light ice! I did not get any food But everyone here was eating. They have a live band that comes and they also host live high school kid bands! The drinks are a great price!!! 14$ for 2 drinks!! All the art work is done by Scott and even does live event paintings in house sometimes!! Call home for a portrait or a mural!“

I'm departing for a world tour, the dinner was a 3-hour and 15-minute experience, for my family, the menu was selected and crafted, not from a menu but from my instructions./ The chef walked in so I'm told, when I was making his speech to the family* I said you will not like this dinner! 1/ The family had no choice and what they were going to eat./ If they received everything that they wanted, there would be no emotional involvement and they would forget about the dinner/ instead, I asked the chef to prepare items from my life experience, Chateaubriand with specific vegetables,. A cheese course after the main meal.. pallet clearing border.. If I gave my family comfort food they would not remember it. Instead, I gave him things that I thought they should experience,!
