As always we enjoyed our visit to a Silo restaurant (we have eaten at three different locations). Food quality is consistent and very good. Our waiter, Joseph, was attentive and knowledgeable. Appreciated the fact he was not constantly hovering over us, as is the case with way too many restaurants where the server is very frequently asking if we are OK. Fabulous dining experience. The oysters were delicious, the lamb lollipops were fantastic. The steak was cooked to perfection. The chefs were friendly, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. Jesus took very good care of us!
