“My family and myself go to The 1838 Grill every Sunday. We love this place! As soon as you walk through the door, you have the most amazing customer service. We have become regulars to the point by the time we sit down, Mr. Lopez already has our drinks ready for us. Our meals have always been perfect and correct every single time. The owners and wait staff always without a doubt have a smile and will do anything to make your experience the best! We appreciate y’all so much! If you have not been to Seguins best restaurant, you’re seriously missing out! Thank you too The 1838 Grill!“

Bianca, the manager, couldn't have done more to make everyone feel comforted. The pie was all sliced and displayed in an appealing manner before we arrived. Guests were promptly taken care of and to-go boxes were provided for the excess. Thank you, GG’s and Bianca, for making yesterday a whole lot easier and even enjoyable.“

Even though we could tell she was short of staff, and it was a little warm due to the air conditioning not working, Ellen was extra polite, all smiles, and had amazing customer service.
