Also i feel that the Waitress at the Burlington NJ location is kind and welcoming to me & my husband who are older. We appreciate how she talks about new items to try. I will definitely request her area to sit since she is full time waitress
Wonderful experience Mrs Deb feeds my son everyday. He refers to ihop as Mrs debs lol
Mercedes was great! The stuffed french toast strawberry & vanilla was so good! Will definitely be back.

IHOP is a typical diner similar to Denny's, offering fluffy but slightly dryer pancakes and sweeter syrup. The prices are considered better, with friendly service and great breakfast options. The restaurant provides plenty of parking and has the potential to impress with its delicious food and hospitable service. The breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere is fabulous. Customer Service was excellent very friendly and helpful.
