We had such a wonderful experience, and Rachel was a huge part of it! She was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She made great recommendations, checked on us at just the right times, and made us feel genuinely taken care of without ever being intrusive. The food was fantastic, but Rachel's exceptional service really made the evening stand out. We'll definitely be back and would absolutely ask for her again!
A great meal. 4 of us all had different dinners and we all had incredible food. It was hot and delicious. Our waiter was amazing and knowledgeable too. Greta bread service too!
We ordered the Ceasar salad, short ribs, wagu filet, loaded baked potato and the Brussels sprouts. All of it was very good. Our waitress was great too. Would highly recommend.

The 18 Oaks restaurant, located in the JW Marriott, offers a fine dining experience. The service is a standout feature, with attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly waitstaff who strive to make special occasions memorable, even when fully booked. The hostess was very pleasant and the staff is terrific. The bar service is excellent, with Mexican martinis and other drinks prepared with care.
The food offerings include delicious starters, a variety of steaks, and noteworthy sides like creamed corn. The pork chop is very good too. All the items are very delicious and plated very well. The bread service, with rolls, olive oil, pickles, and butter, is also a highlight. While some main courses may lack seasoning, the crème brûlée and bread pudding desserts are must-tries. The anniversary card and dessert plate were a very nice touch.
Overall, the 18 Oaks restaurant provides a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience, with a relaxing atmosphere that appeals to golfers. The noise level is extremely high, but the patio is enjoyable when the weather is good. An excellent visit from start to finish, guests are encouraged to try the other dishes they offer.
